At Lamazi Fabrics, we want you to be delighted with your home textiles and sewing supplies, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all non-cut items. Please note that fabrics cut to order are generally non-returnable unless a flaw is present, ensuring every customer receives a pristine length for their project.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Item

  Ensure the fabric or home goods are in their original, unwashed, and uncut condition, then securely package them to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Shipping the Return

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package via a tracked service to our warehouse, including your order number inside the box.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
