With its playful A-line silhouette shaped by subtle darts, and a flattering V-neckline at the front and back, PETULA is bursting with charm. The standout detail? Level: intermediate, the technical aspects include sewing a V neck, the gathers and fitting the elastic.

Seam allowances of 1 cm are included.

Supplies needed:

- Fabric for a width of 140 cm:

Sizes 34-42: 90 cm for the blouse and 120 cm for the dress

Sizes 44-46 : 100 cm for the blouse and 180 cm for the dress

Sizes 48-52 : 140 cm for the blouse and 200 cm for the dress

• 40 cm of fusible interfacing (G710 recommended)

• 40 cm of shiring elastic, 15 mm wide

• 130 cm of fusible seam tape (cut-on-the-bias recommended)

Fabric choice: only warp and weft fabrics. I recommend a fabric with a supple fall that drapes beautifully: a twill, a viscose crepe or poplin, a fine jacquard or a beautiful lace, fabrics weighing 90 to 250g/m2 depending on the desired effect. If you want to line your dress we recommend cotton voile.
