Maison Fauve - SOUPIR Pyjama Sewing Pattern

Slip into your handmade pyjama, and with a sigh of comfort, surrender to sleep.

The lovely SOUPIR pattern combines ultimate comfort with those little details that make your creation the most refined of loungewear:

  • A blouse with a wide neckline tied with delicate, feminine ribbons, a fit that is neither too loose nor too snug, and sleeve hems with wide cuffs

  • Straight-cut trousers featuring Italian pockets, a flat front waistband for added elegance, and an elasticated back for comfort, day or night.

Sizes: from 6-24 (34 to 52)

Height: 165cm

Level: Beginner (the technical steps are: sewing chest darts, constructing the Italian pocket, attaching the elasticated waistband, and finishing the vent at the bottom of the blouse.)

The seam allowances are included and are 1cm.

Supplies needed:

Fabric in a width of 140 cm :

34-38: 240cm

40-42: 270cm

44-46: 300cm

48-52: 350 cm

- 45 cm of fusible interfacing as Vlieseline G710

- A length of elastic 3 cm high

Choice of fabrics: Soft and comfortable fabrics such as cotton or viscose poplin, soft and supple viscose or cupro jacquard, viscose crepe, twill, tencel. Fabric weight between 80 and 200g/m2 approx.
